"I
recently purchased a Leatherman
Wave, as a replacement for the pocket knife that
I usually carry. As an autoworker in a production plant, I often
need to make repairs or adjustments quickly; both to ensure quality
and to keep the line moving. I couldn't be more pleased with the
Wave; it has incredible versatility, and the ergonomics are superior.
I've made a habit of keeping it handy after work as well. I particularly
like the one hand opening capability of the exterior blades. This
tool eliminates the need for hunting and searching for what you
need, and it's rather handsome as well."

"I
own the Leatherman
Supertool and my wife owns a smaller version. You
just can't go wrong with Leatherman. With high quality standards
and so many models to choose from who wouldn't want one of these
things? I've used mine from dressing wild game in the field to cutting
branches, pulling fish hooks and cutting salmon steaks. So choose
the model that fits your needs best. All of them are of the highest
quality available."

"This
tool makes a great gift for friends and family members that never
seem to have a pair of scissors when they most need one. I find
that the Leatherman
Micra tools come in more handy than a Swiss army
knife of the same size. The scissors can be quite useful on the
road. It is also sleeker than the average Swiss army knife and is
a nice addition to your keychain."

"The
Leatherman Flair
is just about perfect for business travelers. It is smaller than
similar multi-tools and has the functions I need ... the mini screwdriver
is just the thing for tightening up eyeglasses or the screws on
a laptop, and the corkscrew and bottle opener have come in handy
as well. I keep this tool hooked to the strap on my briefcase so
it's available on the road or in the office."

"I
am not a tool person, but I frequently give the Leatherman
PST as a gift, and all recipients seem to be pleased.
What convinced me of its heroic nature, however, was that, recently,
during a remodel, friends were accidentally and inconveniently locked
in their bedroom, without a phone. The toolbox, of course, was in
the utility closet - not the bedroom. The frantic pair rummaged
around for something to use to dismantle the faulty bedroom door
lock. Shoehorn, comb, tiny jewelers' screwdrivers, etc. At last
one of my friends (also, not a tool person) remembered that he had
been given a Leatherman last year which he had diligently placed,
still in its wrapping, in his top drawer. My friends unwrapped the
thing and used it to make their escape. So give as a wonderful gift,
and keep one in your own bedroom, just in case."
